Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the AstroAnalyzer application. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Mauricio Morais da Cunha ("Developer", "we", "our") governing your use of the AstroAnalyzer application for iOS and Android ("App"). By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
AstroAnalyzer is a mobile application available on iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store) that provides astrological analyses based on your birth data using up to 9 traditional astrological systems from cultures around the world, combined with AI-generated interpretations via the Anthropic Claude API.
Entertainment purposes only. All content provided by AstroAnalyzer — including astrological calculations, AI-generated analyses, and interpretations — is for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Do not make important life decisions based solely on the App's content.

The App offers optional subscriptions and a one-time purchase, processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android):

Subscription prices may vary by region according to the respective store's pricing tiers. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your device's subscription settings.
Purchases are subject to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store Terms and Conditions, as applicable. You can restore previous purchases at any time using the "Restore Purchases" feature in the App's Settings.
Refunds are governed by the respective store's refund policy. For Apple, contact reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, visit Google Play Help.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:
The App, including its design, source code, graphics, animations, and all content, is owned by Mauricio Morais da Cunha and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mauricio Morais da Cunha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific in-app purchase or subscription giving rise to the claim within the 12 months preceding the claim, or €4.99 if no purchase was made.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify users at least 30 days in advance via the App or website.
